How It Works

Start

Begin With the cedar sauna bucket Shower.

Sauna

Spend between 10 – 15 minutes in the Sauna. 

Cold Plunge

Alternate between heat and cold plunges throughout the 90 minute sessions to improve blood circulation, reduce inflammation and promote detoxification.

Repeat

Alternate between sauna and cold plunge throughout the 90 minute sessions to improve blood circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote detoxification.  

Important: Drink Water Before and After Your Sauna and Cold plunge to Stay Hydrated.
